Account and data deletion

Bibliq app (com.bibliq.app)

You can delete your Bibliq account and all data associated with it at any time. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

How to delete from within the app (recommended)

• Open Bibliq;
• Go to Profile → Account → Delete my account;
• Confirm the deletion.

How to request by email

If you prefer (or no longer have access to the app), send an email from your registered account to support@bibliq.app with the subject "Account deletion". We will respond within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

• Your account (email and login credentials);
• All synced progress (episodes, results, streak, achievements);
• The subscription status recorded on our servers.

Note: active subscriptions are managed by the store (Google Play/App Store) — cancel them through the store to stop future charges.
